Our client, a leading multi-office practice in Dorset, is looking for an experienced and qualified Private Client Lawyer. This urgent temporary role offers excellent flexibility and remote working options to support a busy department.

As a Private Client Locum, you will manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters. You will support the team with Wills, LPAs, and probate. This role is crucial for maintaining excellent client service during a period of high demand. The role is due to a heavy workload and therefore is required to start as soon as possible and last for an initial 3 months, which may be extended in due course depending on workload. Some on site office attendance would be ideal, but this role can be offered on a fully remote basis for the right candidate. Part or full time hours and flexible working available.

• Manage a diverse private client caseload of probate and estate administration matters, wills and LPAs.
• Support the team during a busy period.
• Ensure high standards of client service.

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (FCILEx).
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
• Expertise in Wills, LPAs, and estate administration.
• Available to start within the next two weeks.

• Flexible working with remote or hybrid options.
• Competitive hourly rate based on your experience, of between £45 and £65ph.
