A well-established private client team is seeking a Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join its growing practice. The team specialises in complex, high-value estate administration and offers the opportunity to work with long-standing clients on technically challenging matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on capital tax planning, trusts, asset protection, and succession
• Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents
• Managing estate administration, including high-value and complex estates
• Handling inheritance tax calculations, HMRC submissions, and post-death planning

Key requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in private client work
• STEP membership (or willingness to qualify)
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with attention to detail
