Private Client Solicitor Kent Full-time, Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm Competitive, DOE upon PQE We are working alongside a prestigious law firm who are looking for a qualified Private Client Solicitor to join their busy office based in Kent. The role covers a broad range of private client work, including: · Wills & Estate Planning · Probate & Administration of Estates · Trusts & Trust Administration · Inheritance Tax Planning · LPAs, Court of Protection & Deputyships · Charity and Care Fee Planning Requirements: · Strong private client experience, especially wills, estates, trusts, and tax · Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision · Excellent client care and communication skills · Well-organised, professional, and proactive Desirable: · STEP qualified or studying towards it (support provided) Secretarial support and career development opportunities available.
