Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive – Exeter, Devon Hybrid working

What will you do? 

• Join at Associate level 
• Run a non-contentious private client caseload to include: 
• Wills, probate, succession planning, administration of estates, trusts, tax & tax risk & wealth management 
• Clients are typically high net worth individuals, business owners, executors and trustees - but of course no clients are turned away
• You could also advise land owners & farmers across the South West 
• Those who are not keen on business development are encouraged to apply (plenty of work to go round!) 

The Team: 

• This is a very well respected & fairly large team
• Excellent paralegal & secretarial support for all fee earners  
• The team work collaboratively across several locations including Exeter 
• No micro-managing here! Those who can are encouraged to work autonomously 

What will you need? 

• To be a qualified solicitor (or legal executive) with at least 3-4 years PQE 
• Private Client experience, ideally from another reputed regional firm 
• To want to progress your career within an excellent team & firm
