Senior Solicitor Private Client/Salaried Partner

Brighton & Hove (East Sussex)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Solicitor or Salaried Partner to join a highly regarded Private Practice based in Brighton & Hove, with hybrid working options available. This role offers you the chance to work with a collaborative and high-performing team.

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• Exceptional financial discipline and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and external professionals
• Empathy and compassion to guide clients through personal and challenging circumstances
• Experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members
• A passion for business development and building client relationships
• Familiarity with the private client markets in West Sussex (desirable, but not essential)

This role is ideally suited to a Senior Solicitor/Partner with over 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
