Private Client Solicitor – West End, London

Wonderful career opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor looking to move to a terrific West End Firm.You should have experience of or have had exposure to the following:

• Estate and Tax Planning: often involving foreign assets and complex family structures
• Wills, Probate and Estate Administration: including cross-border matters 
• Taxation: Providing on income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax, with a particular focus on international clients
• Trusts: Powers of Attorney: Drafting and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) for property & financial affairs and health & welfare, as well as general powers of attorney
