We are working with a respected high street firm with a strong community presence that is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to lead and grow their department.

This is a career-defining opportunity for a solicitor ready to step into a Head of Department role, take ownership, and shape the future of private client services within the firm.

• Take full responsibility for developing and growing the Private Client department
• Focus on wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, LPAs
• Exciting opportunity to build and deliver a specialist Islamic Wills service – with access to a strong, existing community base
• Drive business development and build client relationships
• Support staff will be provided to assist in building out the team

A qualified Private Client Solicitor (5+ years PQE preferred)

Proven experience in wills, probate, trusts, and LPAs

Ambition to lead a department and take on management responsibility

Strong business development skills and community outreach mindset

Interest in or openness to training in Islamic Wills and serving a growing client demand

Salary negotiable based on experience

Flexibility with hybrid working available

Strong platform to build a long-term leadership role
