A highly regarded Legal 500 firm, with a Top Tier-ranked Private Client department, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. The role involves managing a broad and high-quality caseload, including the preparation of Wills and Trusts, drafting LPAs, and handling the full administration of estates. The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, and will be expected to approach matters with care, technical precision, and empathy.

In addition to fee-earning work, the firm places a strong emphasis on business development. The successful candidate will play an active role in promoting the department by:

• Networking with local professionals and referrers
• Delivering seminars and presentations
• Writing client-facing articles and blogs

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Private Client law
• Strong experience in Wills, Trusts, LPAs, and estate administration
• Confident communicator with excellent drafting and organisational skills
• A commercial mindset and proven interest in business development
• Experience with elderly and vulnerable client work or Court of Protection matters is desirable but not essential
• STEP membership is advantageous
