Private Client Associate with 3-6 years' PQE sought for offshore team of a top tier L500 Private Client department

The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established law firm, with a strong reputation in the private client space. The firm have a long-standing heritage of advising high-net-worth individuals (both domestic and international), family offices and trustees on complex and often international matters.

The offshore team cover a variety of matters including:

  • Advising non-domiciliaries on core UK taxes
  • Will drafting
  • Asset holding structures and trusts
  • Cross-border probate
  • Providing specialist immigration and nationality advice

Requirements

  • 3-6 years' PQE, with experience working in a L500 ranked private client department
  • Experience in offshore private client matters
  • Ideally STEP qualified
  • The ability to demonstrate an interest in business development
