About the Firm:A well-established, highly respected high-street law firm in Oxfordshire is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to take on a key role with clear succession planning, eventually stepping into a leadership role and managing the firm.

Role Overview:You will manage a diverse private client caseload, providing expert advice on estate planning, wills, probate, tax planning, trusts and elderly care. The role offers the potential to take on leadership responsibilities, with a clear path to eventually run the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on wills, estate planning, probate, trusts and inheritance tax
• Manage a varied caseload, including complex and high-net-worth clients
• Play a key role in business development and client relationship management
• Contribute to succession planning and eventually take on leadership responsibilities within the firm

Candidate Profile:

• 7+ years PQE in private client law, with a strong background in wills, probate and tax planning
• A proactive and ambitious solicitor interested in leadership and practice management
• Experience in business development and client relationship building
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
