Our client are excited to welcome a new Solicitor to join their expanding Wills, Trusts & Probate (WTP) team. This is a key position, supporting the delivery of expert legal services to the firms growing client base and requires an experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive with a minimum of 4 years PQE.

The WTP Team

Our team of fee earners and assistants is friendly, collaborative, and dedicated to delivering the highest quality service to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a varied caseload across the full spectrum of WTP work:
  • Wills and estate planning (including for high-net-worth individuals)
  • Probate and estate administration for local clients
• Contributing to the growth and marketing of the department
• Participating in internal firm activities, including team socials and charity events

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years PQE in Wills, Trusts & Probate work
• STEP qualified, or working towards qualification (preferred, not essential)
• A personable and proactive solicitor who values teamwork and delivering great service
