Private Client Legal Secretary - Office-Based

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Private Client matters?

They are a friendly and well-established law firm located in Alfreton, known for delivering exceptional legal services with a personal touch.

The Role: They are seeking a reliable and proactive Private Client Secretary to join their team full-time. You'll be supporting fee earners in a busy office-based setting, playing an essential role in the smooth running of the department.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing legal documents and correspondence with accuracy
• Diary management and scheduling appointments
• Handling client enquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Supporting with Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration work
• Filing and document management (both physical and digital)

What they are looking for:

• Previous legal secretarial experience-ideally within a Private Client team
• Solid understanding of Wills & Probate procedures
• Excellent typing and IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency essential)
• First-class communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
