RecQuest is supporting a well-established legal firm in their search for a Private Client Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced paralegal to take on a key role within a reputable firm, providing high-quality legal support in Wills, LPAs, probate, and estate planning.

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will:

• Draft and advise on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
• Assist with probate administration, including obtaining grants of probate and handling estate distribution.
• Support solicitors with estate planning, ensuring efficient transfer of wealth and assets.
• Prepare and review legal documents related to trusts, succession planning, and inheritance tax matters.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing clear and professional advice.
• Maintain case files, organise documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience).
• Free on-site parking.
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
• Supportive, friendly team environment with opportunities for career progression.
• Team days out twice a year, fully paid for and during work hours.

• Experience in private client law, particularly Will drafting (essential).
• Strong client care skills with a compassionate and professional approach.
• Excellent organisational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple files.
• Proficiency in IT systems and case management software.
