Private Client Lawyer – Essex – Reputable National Firm

We are currently working with a highly regarded national law firm that is looking to expand its Private Client team with the addition of an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive in its Essex office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and well-structured firm that combines top-quality work with a strong, supportive culture. You’ll be joining a busy, growing department known for delivering clear, sensitive, and tailored advice to a wide range of clients.

The Role:

• Managing a varied caseload including Wills, probate, estate administration, tax planning, Powers of Attorney, and trusts.
• Advising a diverse client base ranging from high-net-worth individuals to families and business owners.
• Working collaboratively with other teams, such as Corporate and Property, on cross-disciplinary matters.
• Involvement in business development activities and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in private client work.
• Confident handling a broad range of matters independently.
• Strong interpersonal and client care skills, with a discreet and professional approach.
• STEP qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
