Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive - NottinghamQED Legal are working with a highly regarded multi-site firm for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Private Client team in Nottingham.The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A minimum of 1 years PQE
• Experience of taking instructions, drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney
• The ability to deal with the administration of estates, the use of trusts in the mitigation of residential home fees and confidence in dealing with inheritance tax issues
