Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for private client work? We're looking for a skilled Private Client Fee Earner to join a well-regarded legal team with the flexibility to be based in one of three welcoming offices: Loughborough, Nottingham, or Bingham.

You'll manage a varied caseload of private client matters, delivering high-quality legal advice with empathy and professionalism. Your work will include:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Trusts and inheritance tax planning

You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values client care and professional growth.

• Managing your own caseload from initial instruction to completion
• Drafting wills, LPAs, and trust documents
• Advising clients on estate planning and tax implications
• Handling probate applications and estate administration
• Maintaining accurate records and meeting billing targets
• Supporting business development and client engagement

• A qualified solicitor, legal executive, or experienced paralegal with a strong background in private client law
• STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A sensitive and client-focused approach
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
