A highly regarded law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Private Client team. The firm is known for delivering exceptional client service and building trusted long-term relationships. Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Private Client lawyer to join the team. You will manage a varied caseload of matters, including:

• Administration of estates
• Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney
• Tax planning
• Providing trust advice
• Supervising and mentoring more junior team members

While based in Bath or Bristol, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s wider Private Client practice. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining the firm’s strong client relationships, as well as contributing to business development by bringing on new clients.

• Demonstrable experience of working within a Private Client department
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts, and tax planning
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing as part of a team
• Organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to deliver against multiple deadlines
