Private Client Associate - Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment : Job Details

My client is a reputable Legal 500 law firm actively seeking an experienced private client solicitor to join their team at their South West London office.Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload encompassing various private client matters, including wills, power of attorney, trusts, probate, and tax advice.
• Contribute to the department's efforts in meeting performance targets.
• Maintain effective client communication and provide excellent client care.
• Oversee administrative support within the department.
• Engage in marketing and networking activities to promote the firm's services.
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory procedures and compliance standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (3+ years PQE) and a proven background as a solicitor or lawyer in the Private Client field.
• Demonstrate a high level of organization, passion for their work, a strong commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
• Attend and represent the Firm at networking events.
• STEP qualification is desirable.
