Our Client is seeking a proactive and experienced Private Client Assistant Tax Manager or Supervisor to join their collaborative team in Southampton. What You'll Do:

• Manage tax compliance for individuals, trusts, and partnerships
• Review and prepare tax returns, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Liaise directly with clients and HMRC, resolving queries with confidence
• Identify tax planning opportunities and support advisory work
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development

What You'll Bring:

• ATT/CTA qualified or working towards qualification
• Previous supervisory experience in a tax team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning
