We are looking for a versatile Large-Format Print Operator / Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role combines hands-on operation of wide-format printers and CNC digital cutting equipment with creative graphic design responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and print production, with proficiency in various design software and tools. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will play a crucial role in producing high-quality printed materials that align with our branding and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing materials that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Utilise software such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and Figma to prepare files for print.
• Implement web design principles using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for digital projects.
• Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy and consistency in colour and design.
• Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Assist in video editing and photography projects as needed, contributing to multimedia content creation.
• Maintain an organised workspace and adhere to health and safety regulations within the production environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Figma, Sketch, and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and digital design concepts.
• Experience with web design technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript is preferred.
• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress is advantageous.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for graphic design and print production.

• Using a Flatbed printer: 3 years (preferred)
