Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to help us lead and deliver the most innovative projects in our portfolio. This is a pivotal moment as we aim to deliver best-in-class solutions. To achieve this, we need an experienced product leader with a track record of driving zero-to-one product launches and turning complex user needs into innovative and scalable solutions. This role involves collaborating closely across product development, go-to-market, and design teams to craft and execute our proposition. Beyond product execution, the ideal candidate will lead pilot programmes with early adopters, ensuring seamless user testing and feedback integration while resolving issues alongside the product teams. If you're customer-obsessed, thrive in collaborative environments, and have experience building transformative software and mobile app solutions, this may be the opportunity for you to make a lasting impact. Responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership: Lead the development and execution of the new proposition, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and business strategy.
  • Zero-to-one product innovation: Take ownership of launching innovative product solutions that solve complex compliance needs and capture new market opportunities.
  • Customer-led design: Actively engage with customers through interviews, usability testing, and pilot programs to define and refine the product vision.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product development, design, go-to-market, and scrum teams to ensure successful execution of the roadmap.
  • Pilot program management: Partner with customers and agents in our early adopter programmes to test the product, gather actionable feedback, and resolve any issues alongside the team.
  • Execution at scale: Prioritise backlog tasks, manage day-to-day activities within the scrum team, and balance long-term strategic thinking with operational excellence.
  • Progress updates to leadership: Regularly report on project milestones, customer insights, and progress against KPIs to senior leadership, driving alignment and accountability.
  • Accounting software expertise: Leverage a background in accounting software to anticipate user needs, build workflows tailored to financial professionals, and deliver value through intuitive solutions.
