With over 320 staff across 11 UK offices, and international teams in India and Poland, the business is expanding its regional footprint to meet growing demand in the Northwest.This is a unique opportunity for a senior electrical engineer to take ownership of a new office, shape its culture, and play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the wider business.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver electrical design projects across sectors including healthcare, higher education, life sciences, shared services, leisure, and residential
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, including junior and senior staff
• Oversee project delivery, client relationships, and commercial performance
• Collaborate with other regional offices and disciplines
• Drive business development in the North West, leveraging strong existing demand
• Contribute to strategic decisions and operational leadership
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative office culture

Candidate Profile

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent)
• Chartered or working towards CEng status
• Proven experience in leading electrical design projects
• Strong leadership, client-facing, and commercial skills
• Passion for mentoring and developing engineers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to shape and grow a regional office
