Year 3 Class Teacher (Maternity Cover)Join our vibrant and inclusive primary school as a Year 3 Class Teacher for maternity cover. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to maintain a high standard of teaching, inspire a love for learning, and contribute positively to our school community.Day to Day of the Role:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum for Year 3 students.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal growth.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that caters to a diverse range of learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance student development and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and development, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2) students, with a particular focus on Year 3.
• Strong classroom management skills to foster a safe and productive learning environment.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students, ensuring all children can achieve their potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, parents, and students.
