What You'll Be Doing

• Working alongside dedicated teachers in Luton's primary or secondary schools
• Supporting pupils with special educational needs - including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
• Helping children with focus, communication, and self-confidence, both 1:1 and in small groups
• Encouraging progress through consistency, kindness, and creativity
• Gaining first-hand insight into inclusive, impactful teaching

Who You Are

• A graduate (in any subject) who's motivated by purpose, not just pay
• Someone who values patience, empathy, and clear communication
• You've worked with children or young people before - or know you'd connect well with them
• You're flexible, thoughtful, and ready to grow
• No formal qualifications needed - just a strong commitment to making a difference
