Location: Redruth and surrounding areasAvailability: Full-time or part-time - you choose!

About the Role:As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work across a range of primary settings, offering support to both teachers and pupils. Whether you're looking for regular work or a few days a week, we can find the right fit for your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom with learning and development
• Assisting the class teacher with daily tasks and activities
• Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed
• Creating a positive and engaging learning environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children (in school or similar setting)
• A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed
• Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
