Primary Teaching Assistant - Tradewind Recruitment : Job Details

We are recruiting!

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking dedicated full-time staff to work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings across various year groups.

We are working with a Primary School in the Penryn area, who are looking for new members of staff in the new academic year, to work with students with varied needs. We welcome applicants with experience working with young people, or those from related backgrounds such as care work, youth work, or coaching-especially if you're looking to transfer your skills into the education sector.

If you have a passion for supporting young learners and a genuine interest in education, we'd love to help you find a role that fits your strengths and preferences.

What We're Looking For:

• Full-time availability (part-time options available)
• A Level 2 qualification or higher in a relevant subject (preferred)
• Dependable, punctual, and enthusiastic individuals
• A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
