Are you a passionate and resilient individual looking to make a real impact in the lives of children with special educational needs? Tradewind is currently recruiting Primary SEN Teaching Assistants for a number of inclusive and welcoming primary schools across Luton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join schools where your support can make a daily difference - working with pupils who have a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties. Roles are full-time, long-term, and offered on a temp-to-perm basis for the right candidates.

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children with SEN or a strong interest in the sector

• Calm, patient and adaptable approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
