Primary Teaching Assistant - Tradewind Recruitment : Job Details

Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with Primary Schools in St Austell and the surrounding villages, who are seeking dedicated full-time staff to work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings across various year groups.

We welcome applicants with experience working with young people, or those from related backgrounds such as care work, youth work, or coaching-especially if you're looking to transfer your skills into the education sector.

If you have a passion for supporting young learners and a genuine interest in education, we'd love to help you find a role that fits your strengths and preferences.

What We're Looking For:

• Full-time availability
• A Level 2 qualification or higher in a relevant subject (preferred)
• Dependable, punctual, and enthusiastic individuals
• A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
