Your new schoolWe are seeking a dedicated KS1 supply teacher in the North Birmingham area who prioritises children's learning, development, and overall wellbeing. As a supply teacher, you will manage the classroom and teach in the absence of the original teacher. You may be required to plan lessons, for which additional payment will be provided.The flexibility of supply teaching makes it suitable for individuals balancing other commitments.Your new roleKey responsibilities include:

• Covering sickness, paternity, and maternity leave
• Managing classroom dynamics
