Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to begin your teaching journey in a nurturing and vibrant primary school setting?

Reed Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated ECTs for full-time teaching roles in primary schools across Cambridge for the 2025/26 academic year.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Full-time classroom teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
• Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment
• Supporting pupils’ academic and personal development

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – awarded or pending for September 2025
• A genuine passion for teaching and learning
• A proactive and reflective approach to professional growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Enhanced Child DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
