Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Assess pupil progress and provide effective feedback to support achievement
• Establish a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, resilience, and a love of learning
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance pupil outcomes
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school (placements accepted for ECTs)
• Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge all learners
• A commitment to continuous professional development
