This new Academy, part of a larger M.A.T is looking to improve standards across Hertfordshire in Primary Education. The school has a growing reputation for supporting and developing children at the start of their educational journey to surpass national average expectations. From September and due to expansion, the school has several vacancies that they are looking for experienced teachers to cover across Key Stage 1 and 2 who would be happy to take on responsibility in the form of subject or phase leadership for. Role requirements - Primary Teacher with TLR - Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire

• QTS holder
• Induction completed and already teaching at a high level with engaging lessons.
• Clear understanding of the principals of effective teaching including how to progress students to surpass expectations.
• Desire to take on some responsibility in an area of that you have passion for, leading across the school in this area.
• Desire to play a full role in the wider school
