We are working with a fantastic provision in Eastbourne who are looking for the right individual to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting children with Social and Emotional Needs and possess a strong sense of behaviour management.
Their students range from KS1 through to KS2, however due to mixed ability classes and knowledge of adaptation is preferable. Learning is centered around activities to promote independence, while being fully supported, challenged and encouraged to succeed, both academically and pastorally.
The school is mainstream, catering to children aged six to twelve with a range of needs, mainly inclusive of Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC), including those with Asperger’s Syndrome and those with a diagnosis of ADHD.
