About the Role: We are seeking  dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join out team supporting primary schools in Maidstone. As an SEN TA, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs, ensuring they thrive in their learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with students on a 1-to-1 basis, providing additional support.
• Assist in implementing individualised education plans or educational heath care plans (IEPs/EHCPs).
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children with SEN.
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
• Relevant experience or qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3, SEN courses).
