Are you a confident and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children and young adults with additional needs including ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD or associated behaviour disorders?

You will be working in both Mainstreams and SEND Schools with a high-quality team, dedicated to creative, social, and physical development for their pupils as well as the academic process. You will be able to use your creative skills applied to different children to help bring out their unique skills and personalities

If you are able to offer a compassionate yet effective ability towards student support, strong behaviour management and engaging learning environment, I would love to hear from you!

What you will need;

Relevant Teaching Assistant, SEN or Learning Support Qualifications

Experience supporting on a 1:1 basis, providing interventions or working with small groups

A passion for supporting SEN pupils with a variety of needs and ensuring they are able to overcome barriers to learning and engage in the curriculum

Dedication, initiative and resilience to overcome issues faced
