Are you a passionate and committed SEN Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and inclusive setting? We are currently recruiting for multiple SEN Teacher positions across a group of nurturing and forward-thinking schools in the Tenterden area.

These schools provide high-quality, therapeutic education for children with a range of additional needs including SEMH, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. You'll join a collaborative environment where your work will make a direct difference in the lives of young learners. A car for this role is essential as some of the schools can be difficult to reach on public transport.

We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Teachers (QTS or QTLS) with a passion for inclusive education

  • Experience teaching or supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD, and/or ASD

  • A trauma-informed approach and strong classroom management skills

  • The ability to deliver tailored learning and create a positive, safe classroom environment

  • A sense of humour, resilience, and genuine enthusiasm for helping young people thrive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across core subjects

  • Work alongside teaching assistants and other staff to implement EHCPs

  • Foster emotional regulation, social skills, and confidence through structured routines

  • Encourage participation through practical learning, including sports and PE
