Job Title: 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant - Autism/ADHD/Challenging BehaviourLocation: LiverpoolCompany: Prospero TeachingStart Date: 3rd September Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent

Role Overview:

• Provide consistent 1:1 support to a child with complex SEND needs
• Implement individualised strategies to support communication, regulation and engagement
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to adapt learning activities and ensure progress
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes positive behaviour
• Monitor, record and report on the child's progress and behavioural responses

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working with children with autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour
• A solid understanding of SEND and behaviour management strategies
• Experience supporting pupils in a UK primary or secondary school setting
• Resilience, adaptability and a calm, professional approach
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
