As a Press Setter, you'll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

• ?? Prioritising safety at all times
• ?? Setting and exchanging press tooling with precision
• ? Performing quality checks and ensuring first-off specifications
• ?? Keeping your work area clean and organised
• ?? Logging work accurately using Rhombus
• ?? Supporting your team and maintaining high hygiene standards
• ?? Ensuring materials are ready for uninterrupted production
• ??? Learning to operate the universal grinding machine
• ?? Collaborating respectfully and upholding company values

We're seeking someone who is:

• A confident communicator with a proactive mindset
• Experienced in manual press setting (Bruderer, Invernizzi, Hydraulic Presses)
• Familiar with PUWER and LOLER regulations
• Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Knowledgeable about press tooling and materials
