Prime Workforce Solutions is proud to be partnering with a leading metal fabrication company in search of an experienced Press Brake Operator. If you’re passionate about precision, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a dynamic and supportive team — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up and operate Amada and LAG press brake machines to bend and shape metal plates and sheets
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders
• Select the correct tooling and configure machine settings for each task
• Align and position materials accurately for high-precision results
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet exact specifications
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and report issues where necessary
• Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a clean, organised workspace

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience operating Amada or equivalent hydraulic Brake Press machines
• Strong understanding of metal types and bending techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with high attention to detail
• Confident working independently or as part of a team
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills
• Commitment to safety and quality at all times

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations in the workplace
• Physically fit – able to lift heavy items and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn and develop through ongoing training
