Your Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of social workers, offering continuous support, guidance, and mentorship.
• Oversee caseloads, ensuring efficient case management and compliance with policies.
• Conduct frequent individual and group supervision sessions to foster the professional growth of social workers.
• Contribute to the recruitment, training, and performance assessment of social work staff.

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Hold a professional Social Work qualification and registration (SWE)
• Ability to assess and manage risk, with a focus on service-users' safety and well-being
• Must drive and have access to own vehicle.
• Clear, Enhanced DBS
