Practice Nurse - Wood Green, London N22| £26 to £32 per hour| Full time or Part time hours (3 to 5 days per week) | Free On-Site Parking

A well-established and supportive GP surgery in Wood Green is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their dedicated clinical team. This is a permanent, 3 to 5 days per week but they are flexible on the working days.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be working autonomously within the nursing team, with responsibility for delivering high-quality care including:

• Cervical screening, Child immunisations, Adult & Travel immunisations, Wound care, Long-term condition reviews; asthma, diabetes, COPD, hypertension & Contraception clinics

• A qualified and experienced Practice Nurse
• Confident in the above clinical areas
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
• Someone who is proactive, reliable, and a true team player
