Practice Nurse - Stockton-on-Tees | £40,000 to £46,000 per annum | Full-Time | Free On-Site Parking

A well-established and supportive GP surgery in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their dedicated clinical team. This is a permanent, full-time position, with flexibility to work across 4 or 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be working autonomously within the nursing team, with responsibility for delivering high-quality care including:

• Cervical cytology
• Childhood and travel immunisations
• Diabetes reviews and management
• Providing holistic, patient-centred care in a busy but supportive GP environment

• A qualified and experienced Practice Nurse
• Confident in the above clinical areas
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
• Someone who is proactive, reliable, and a true team player
