An exciting new opportunity has come up to assist our top legal client in their search for a Practice Manager. This position will be ideal for an experienced Law Firm Practice Manager looking for a new opportunity in Cambridgeshire!Key duties to include:
- Managing daily HR administration and employee relations.
- Dealing with recruitment tasks and exit management.
- Accounts and Payroll duties.
- Arranging Partner and staff conferences, minute taking for meetings.
- Assisting with PII and CQS renewals.
- Assisting with annual staff benefit renewals and SAR audit.
- Dealing with SRA, CILEX and Lexcel accreditation renewals.
- Managing client and staff complaints.
- Central Register maintenance.
The successful candidate will have:
- CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years law firm Practice/Office manager experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attentive to detail and strong organisational abilities.
