Practice and Events Co-ordinator

Some of your duties will include:
- Reporting to the Practice Manager and assisting with the management of the office
- Carrying out reception duties, welcoming visitors and announcing their arrival
- Managing incoming telephone calls, establishing callers requirement and transferring to relevant staff member
- Administering meeting rooms, managing bookings received and co-ordinating meeting rooms
- Organising monthly/quarterly events and sending out invitations to staff members
- Managing event budgets and ensuring that expenditure is monitored
