Practice Accountant - Blusource : Job Details

A long-standing independent accountancy firm commutable from Grantham, Newark, Lincoln and Nottingham are recruiting for a Practice Accountant to join their team. This is a key job role with excellent flexibility, hybrid working, and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities for a Practice Accountant include:

• Producing finalised accounts including P&L, balance sheet and corporation tax

• Drafting and submitting corporation tax returns

• Preparing VAT returns

• Supervising junior staff and managing outsourced workflow

• Ad hoc payroll cover

What we’re looking for:

• An experienced Practice Accountant with strong technical skills

• Knowledge of Xero and TaxCalc is desirable

• Ability to work independently and support junior colleagues
