Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with one of the Midlands largest retail / D2C groups, to recruit for a PR Manager. This role is crucial to the business so we are looking to hire an interim PR Manager to start in April who may consider "temp to perm".

Location: Redditch

Salary: up to £60,000

Contract: Full time - interim with view to go permanent

Start date: April 2024 - non negotiable

Hybrid/Office based: Hybrid

The role:

As part of this role you will be shaping and executing the Groups PR Communications strategy across internal and external channels.

Within this role you'll be responsible for overseeing all PR activities, both proactive and reactive, spanning consumer, corporate, financial, and public affairs domains. Crisis communications management across PR and social media, along with supporting customer service responses, will also be an integral part of your remit.

In this role you will be the primary PR advisor for the group but will work closely with internal teams for support as well as working closely with PR agencies. You will be key in developing the voice of the brand, crisis comms to ensure the brands integrity, media relations and investor relations.

This role demands experience, integrity, resilience, tenacity, strong commercial and political awareness, excellent stakeholder management, and sound judgement to safeguard and bolster the company's external reputation.
