PR & Events Assistant - Reed : Job Details

Reed are exclusively working with an ambitious and desirable fashion brand in Norfolk, recruiting a PR & Events Assistant to join the marketing team on a permanent full time basis and contribute to the company's success! 

This is an exciting opportunity for a super-organised, outgoing and proactive individual to work in the PR & Events team, managing relationships with influencers and ambassadors, creating new contracts and collaborations including delivering briefs, inviting influencers to events and ensuring they have a fantastic experience, incentivising content creators with new campaigns and seasonal giveaways, finding new influencers in line with brand guidelines and reaching out on social media, planning the influencer experience, and supporting to promote the company's well-loved brand! Also supporting with the coordination and running of events, associated administrative tasks and assistance with the logistics of the events. 

The person we are looking for..

You will be a personable individual with excellent communication skills, who thrives in a busy, fast paced environment, enjoying social interaction and getting involved with events, whilst also ensuring all administration and planning is completed efficiently and accurately to support the smooth running of events and influencer & PR activity.

Ideally you will have existing experience within PR & Events, or a relevant degree, combined with strong relationship management skills, high levels of attention to detail, good administration skils and written communication, knowledge on influencer & PR marketing, a personable team-working nature, effective time management, and ability to remain calm & organised in busy high pressure situations.

• Salary of £25,000-£27,000 dependant on experience (negotiable)
