Starting in September, Miss Sohee is looking for a full-time recruit to work closely with the PR & Communications Manager, during which the successful applicant will undertake a wide range of duties across the PR & Communications department.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the press manager in handling and facilitating editorial and VIP sample requests.
• Responsible for coverage tracking,  PR & Marketing requests.  
• Responsible for ensuring all samples are booked out accordingly for shoots, internal projects and VIP placements.
• Coordinate all international shipments of samples (including completing proformas/shipping documents) and monitoring/tracking shipping movements.
• Showroom appointment calendar and preparing rooms for press and external meetings. 
• Assisting in the organisation of press days, collection previews, showroom appointments and events.
• Support team with general administrative duties when required.
