I am delighted to be exclusively working with this a global FMCG household name, but with an SME feel who take incredible pride in their staff, product range and brand, who can also boast an incredibly high staff retention rate.

They are now looking for a new Paid Search Manager / PPC Manager to focus on developing and running their PPC function, working with great leadership working with great people.

Key Responsibilities

Managing PPC campaigns, including text ads and shopping ads, across various search engines and markets.

Create and construct PPC campaigns to drive customer acquisition.

Utilize data-driven insights to continuously enhance campaign results.

Oversee all aspects of paid search campaigns.

Collaborate with our in-house design team to create eye-catching display banners and advertisements.

Continuously optimize campaigns to meet agreed-upon revenue and ROI targets.

Monitor daily spend on paid campaigns to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct thorough competitor research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and make informed decisions.

Generate regular reports using Excel to demonstrate the impact of your work. This includes weekly and monthly reports, as well as ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Required Experience

Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands paid search on experience in managing PPC / Ad campaigns.

Budget management

Demonstrate experience in GoogleAnalytics.

Although not mandatory, having AdWords accreditation is preferred.

Be proficient in using Excel for creating reports and working with large datasets.

Beneficial Experience

Paid Social on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
