As the PPC Manager, you will take the lead in driving growth through Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC channels over the next 12 months, to cover a period of maternity. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns, ensuring the team get the best possible return on investment while staying ahead of the competition!

Your day to day:

• You will manage end-to-end paid search campaigns, from keyword research and ad copy creation to bidding strategies and daily optimisation.
• Budget management will be key, ensuring all paid activity delivers strong ROI while staying cost-effective.
• You will also oversee Meta ad spend for brand building and lead generation, plus explore opportunities on platforms like LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit.
• Tracking and analysing performance will be a crucial part of the role, with a focus on key metrics like ROAS, conversion rates, and CTRs to optimise campaign success.
• You will conduct A/B tests to refine ads, landing pages, and audience targeting. Collaboration with SEO, UX, and web teams will help ensure a seamless and high-converting customer journey.
• Keeping up with industry trends and competitor strategies will be essential in keeping the business ahead of the curve.

Your background:

• 3+ years PPC expertise and a deep understanding of Google Ads and Bing Ads – either in house or agency side
• You should have experience managing high-performing campaigns and a strong analytical mindset, using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and conversion tracking tools to drive data-led decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing, social media advertising, and new platform exploration will be beneficial.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills are a must, along with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise campaign performance.
